HelpNet counselors are professionals in dealing with marital and family issues, addictions, emotional problems, legal and financial concerns, careers, relationships, aging parents, stress, anxiety, depression, and life enrichment techniques. Services are offered in-person, via telephone, and virtually.Ìý These services have been prepaid by Western Michigan UniversityÌýfor all WMU employees.

The HelpNet Work Life Website provides WMU employees and their families with access to information, articles, and resources on a variety of topics that include family and care giving, health and wellness, emotional well-being, and daily living.

To access HelpNet Work Life Online, please visitÌýÌýÌýand select Work Life LoginÌýin the Employee/Member Portal section on the left hand side of the HelpNet EAP home page. Next, enter your WMU email address (ending in @wmich.edu) and the company code:Ìý BRONCO. On your first visit, you will be asked to create a unique password for future use and will receive a confirmation email from support@mylifeexpert.com.
