A place to take care of business
Thanks to your feedback, we created Bronco Express: One convenient, year-round location to take care of everydayÌýUniversity business. We assist students with transactions and questions related to financial aid, making payments,Ìýstudent accounts and general registration information.
Bronco Express is located within the Student Financial Aid office in the Faunce Student Services building on theÌýwest side of campus and offers drop-in assistance.Ìý
With no appointment needed, you can:
- Apply for financial aid or pick up appropriate forms.
- Check financial aid status.
- Make payments on accounts.
- Check account balances and receive clarification on charges.
If your circumstances require further counseling, we can make an appointment with a financial services specialist. Find more information on scholarships, loans and costs.

Registrar's Office
The Registrar's OfficeÌýprovides support and services for students, faculty, staff and administration. It is responsible for academic records, academicÌýstatus, degree completion, academic schedule preparation, graduationÌýauditing and more.
Accounts Receivable
The mission of Accounts Receivable is to establish a team-oriented workÌýenvironment that facilitates providing an excellent level of customerÌýservice for the University including using the best techniques available forÌýbilling and collecting monies.
Document submission
We encourage you to submit your documents electronically by scanning or taking aÌýpicture and emailing them to finaid-info@wmich.edu.ÌýVerification documents and appeals can be uploaded directly through your online Student Forms portal, accessed by clicking on the specific financial aidÌýrequirement in .
Drop boxes
The two Bronco Express drop boxes are located in the Student Financial Aid lobby and outside Cashiering in the Seibert Administration BuildingÌýif youÌýneed to submit paper documents. When submitting multiple pages, please use a stapler, paper clip or envelope. Your Western Identification Number (WIN) must be includedÌýon all documents.

Payments
Please utilize one of the following payment methods:
- Online using a checking or savings account or a credit or debit card (2.95% convenience fee applies to card payments).
- Bronco Express drop boxes using personal check, money order or cashier's check. Include your WIN on the envelope. Cash payments are prohibited.
- Mail to: Cashiering Office, Western Michigan University, 1903 W Michigan Ave, Kalamazoo, MI 49008-5282.
- International Wire Transfer at .
Payments left in the drop boxes will beÌýprocessed at the end of the business day. If you have a hold that must be lifted immediately after payment, we recommend contacting Accounts Receivable atÌý(269) 387-4141 to confirm what payment method is necessary to lift your hold. Then make your payment online.

Scholarship check submission
Scholarship checks can be placed in the drop boxes or mailed to the address below. Any accompanying letters should be attached to the check. If the check isÌýmade payable to the student, the student should endorse the back of the check. Submitted checks will be processed within 1-3 business days. Please ensureÌýthe student's WIN is included on the check.
